1. SHIPPING POLICY
1.1 Processing Time
All orders placed on the Seora Skincare website are processed within 1-2 business days. Processing time includes order verification, quality control checks, and preparation for shipment. Orders are typically processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
1.2 Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
Once your order has been processed and shipped, it will be delivered within 7-10 business days, depending on your location within the continental United States. Shipping times are estimated and not guaranteed. Factors that may affect delivery times include:
- Weather conditions
- Carrier delays
- Geographic location and distance from our fulfillment center
- Peak shipping seasons
- Customs and import delays (for international orders)
1.3 Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to addresses within the continental United States. We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international locations at this time. The shipping address provided at checkout must be a valid residential or commercial address.
1.4 Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order and your destination zip code. Shipping fees are displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. We offer the following shipping options:
- Standard Shipping: 7-10 business days
- Express Shipping: Available for select orders (additional fees apply)
1.5 Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to track your package with the carrier. You can use this tracking number to monitor your shipment's progress. Most carriers provide real-time tracking updates.
1.6 Shipment Insurance
Standard shipments are covered by carrier transit insurance. If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us immediately at seoraskincare@outlook.com with your tracking number and photos of the damage. We will work with the carrier to file a claim and resolve the issue.
1.7 Signature Requirements
Most packages do not require a signature upon delivery. However, for certain orders or addresses, a signature may be required. You will be notified if your package requires a signature.
1.8 Delivery Delays
While we strive to deliver all orders within the estimated timeframe, we are not responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to weather, carrier delays, natural disasters, or customs issues. If your package is significantly delayed (more than 5 business days beyond the estimated delivery date), please contact us for assistance.
1.9 Failed Delivery Attempts
If the carrier cannot deliver your package and a delivery attempt is made, the package may be returned to us. We will contact you to arrange redelivery or a refund at your request.
